Limit it to your company's email domain, cap the uses or set an expiry. 3. **Everyone uploads from where they are.** Home office, another city, another time zone. You buy credits once, with no subscription and no minimum, and one credit covers one person's session with 60 headshots. Prices are in USD, and tax is added at checkout. ### Is this a subscription? No. Credits are a one-time purchase and never expire. Buy more when new people join; the discount counts every credit you have bought before. ### Can ChatGPT or another AI make a professional headshot? General image tools can draw a person, but not reliably your colleague. We train a private model for each person on their own photos, so the headshots look like them, then apply your team's wardrobe and backdrop. Each person gets 60 to choose from. ### What can a team admin see? The owner and admins see the roster, where each person's session stands and every finished gallery, which they can open and download as a ZIP. They never see the photos a person uploaded: those stay in that person's own account, and only they can view or delete them. ### Do people need to be in the same place? No. Everyone uploads a few photos from their phone or computer, wherever they work. There is no appointment and no studio. ### Can we use these as employee headshots on our website and LinkedIn? Yes. Each person downloads their own high-resolution headshots, and admins can download any finished gallery as a ZIP, ready to use as staff headshots on your team page, LinkedIn profiles, email signatures or sales decks. ### How do we add new hires later? Invite them by email or share your team's join link. If your team's style is still locked, their headshots use the same wardrobe and backdrop as everyone else's. ### What if someone doesn't like their headshots? Within 7 days of delivery, an admin can return that person's credit to the team. Their gallery and private model are deleted, and they can shoot again once the team has a free credit. Each person can have one credit returned. Team sessions don't include a re-run. ### Is this a group photo? No. Each person gets their own individual headshots. For a photo of everyone together, a photographer is the right choice. ### Can we get unused credits refunded? Yes, within 30 days of purchase. The owner or an admin emails support at support@smartheadshots.ai with the team name and the number of unused credits, and the money goes back to the original payment method.
