## What to include

- The email address you used for your order.
- The approximate date of your order.
- What happened and what you expected, in a sentence or two. A screenshot helps.

**Never send:** Passwords, sign-in codes or payment card details. We will never ask for them.

## Smart Headshots AI app in ChatGPT

- The free photo tools in the app work without an account.
- Photos you choose in the app are processed on your device and are not sent to Smart Headshots AI.
- Photos you attach directly to the chat follow ChatGPT's own privacy rules.
