Downloading counts as using the product, and compliance with the upload instructions can be checked. ## What happens to your face data

Aragon's [privacy policy](https://www.aragon.ai/privacy) says its providers cannot use face data for generalised model training or pooled face datasets. It describes deletion or anonymisation of face data within 30 days of the earliest listed trigger: delivery, a configured organisation retention period, a deletion request or account closure. The delivery trigger has an active-subscription exception, and general user content follows a separate schedule. It is not a blanket promise that every uploaded file disappears 30 days after a shoot.

Photos do not train a public or shared Smart Headshots AI model. Providers process the images to fulfil the order, and legal or security retention can differ.
